Dohyung Kim

Commercial Sales Representative

 

 

1.Could you briefly introduce yourself?

 

Hello, I’m Kim DoHyung in Commercial Sales Group. As a sales rep and account manager at MegazoneCloud, 

 

I support our clients’ business and digital transformation based on solid, trust-based relationships. I do this through effective communication, making sure that I understand correctly our clients’ demands to produce the best outcome. 

 

2.Tell me about one of your most memorable experiences as a Sales Representative at MegazoneCloud.

 

Last year I participated in the AWS re-invent event held in the US where I got to meet with customers with varying cloud-related issues. Many have shared their concerns and trouble in implementing cloud migration with me. 

 

By thoroughly understanding their needs, I was able to provide each of them with their business aligned migration plan, based on which we successfully provided full-service from consulting, implementation to migration. 

 

In doing so, we were also able to deal well with the unexpectedly large volume of traffic caused by Covid-19. I felt a great sense of achievement from knowing that I can be a part of clients’ digital journey and a contribution to their business growth.  

 

 

 

 

RyuJoon Seon

1.Could you briefly introduce yourself?

Hello, I’m Ryu JunSeon who leads customer satisfaction with an exceptional drive in Gaming Sales team.

 

Due to the game company’s feature which is the quick launch of a variety of new games and sensitive responses to customer responses, it is most important to be able to identify and fill the customer’s needs in time.

 

To this end, I think the strong driving force to meet customer needs behind MegazoneCloud’s diverse capabilities and technologies is the great capacity I have as a sales representative.

 

2.What was the reason you chose MegazoneCloud to work as a sales representative?

 

I make numerous sales proposals based on an accurate understanding of the technology my organization has, and I feel a lasting sense of accomplishment in the field when I witness how proposals actually fulfill customer needs. 

 

In addition, in the face of a variety of issues and difficult situations, I get motivated as a sales representative when I solve problems in practice by communicating with internal and external employees. 

 

In this regard, MegazoneCloud is an organization where I can feel a greater sense of accomplishment and motivation to contribute to the organization based on my experience.

 

I think it is a very attractive company for me as it helps customers understand the growing importance of cloud services, contributes to the expansion of customer businesses, and delivers greater value to customers by offering a variety of additional services and solutions from various partners in MegazoneCloud, thereby maintaining a long-term relationship with the customers. 

 

I want to continue to create new businesses, offer value to customers, and grow with the company by leveraging my capabilities with various technologies and services that MegazoneCloud has.

1. Please introduce yourself.

 

Hello, I am JaeEun Hwang. I am in charge of territory sales in MegazoneCloud. Glad to meet you today!

 

2.Would you share the most memorable experience as a salesperson in MegazoneCloud?

 

This question reminds me of the time I addressed a global company that provides a language certificate service in Korea. Despite being a customer based in the United States, it has reached out to MegazoneCloud to deal with its technical requests for infrastructure building and management services. Cooperating with related departments in MegazoneCloud, we were able to successfully provide services through rapid and accurate technical support despite time differences. I was extremely proud that MegazoneCloud is recognized globally, and I think this demonstrates that we have the potential to expand overseas.

 

3.Lastly, do you have any goals as a salesperson?

 

There is a growing number of customers who want to adopt cloud services in order to deliver more reliable and faster services in the global market. Thus, MegazoneCloud will have more opportunities to introduce our solutions to the global market in the future. As a salesperson of MegazoneCloud, I would like to be the best partner to customers in the global market with extraordinary momentum.

1.What was the reason you chose MegazoneCloud to work as a sales representative?

 

I enjoy having conversations with people. Then, a friend of mine recommended me to work as a sales representative. 

 

After working for 6 years, I wanted to work at a company, which has potential for growth, and therefore, make a change in my career. I wanted to further grow along with the company.  This is the reason why I chose to work for MegazoneCloud.

 

As time goes by, I can feel that MegazoneCloud has a reputation as Aisa #1. MegazoneCloud creates new teams, services, and solutions every month and every year. These are the result of contemplating how to facilitate customers’ works to build infrastructure.

In addition, it is delightful to see how the company’s growth empowers me to reach my potential and develop my own competencies. 

 

My answers to customers’ questions last year are different from those of this year. Next year’s answers will be different as well. I firmly believe that I can give better answers as I grow. 

 

I’m looking forward to the future of MegazoneCloud, and I’m looking forward to seeing myself in it.
