1. Overview (Project Background)

 

As generative AI usage rapidly became mainstream, HappyCampus faced a situation requiring fundamental review of its existing seller-centric content distribution model.
With the proliferation of AI-based writing tools, the competitiveness of existing report and document content weakened, leading to simultaneous occurrences of user decline, revenue drop, and seller attrition, which also began to impact the overall quality and credibility of the service.

In particular, the decrease in content supply due to seller attrition became a factor weakening service differentiation, and as a result, it became clear that the existing model alone would be difficult to effectively respond to market changes.
In this changing environment, HappyCampus pursued this project with the goal of redefining service value centered on technology and transitioning the business model, rather than simply adding features.

generative AI-based automatic document draft generation service aligned with HappyCampus's business direction and goals.

Rather than simple AI application, iterative enhancement structure to improve actual user experience and service completeness was set as the core strategy.

1. AI Writing Service System Construction

  • Targeting core content types of HappyCampus such as reports and book reviews

  • Implementing user service that automatically generates document drafts using generative AI

2. Document Type-Specific Dedicated API and Prompt Separation

  • Configuring dedicated APIs for each document type reflecting characteristics such as reports and book reviews

3. Three-Round Feedback-Based Quality Enhancement

  • Removing random character strings and unnecessary special characters generated during document creation
