1. Overview (Project Background)
S Group (Hotel Shilla) aimed to build a new system for a service operation platform (On-Off Line integrated service).
This project faced complex challenges including building a Front Platform for customer experience (UX/UI) enhancement and constructing a system based on a stable Biz-Backoffice platform with internal and external system integration. MegazoneCloud applied the latest development methodologies to maximize initial development efficiency and currently provides an intelligent foundation for platform operation and continuous improvement.
2. Challenge (Problem Definition)
Complex system integration and connectivity: Due to the nature of customer services, establishing stable connectivity (I/F) between diverse and complex systems such as internal Biz Back-office, external customer systems, and core systems was a major challenge.
Securing development speed and flexibility: It was necessary to design and develop a Hybrid App structure that could flexibly respond to new device launches and OS version changes while securing development efficiency and system scalability.
Inefficiency in continuous operation and improvement: After service launch, it was anticipated that there would be a lack of an intelligent operation system (AI Ops) to quickly respond to operational issues arising in the increasingly complex system environment and efficiently allocate personnel to service improvement tasks.
3. Solution (Resolution Plan)
MegazoneCloud enhanced the efficiency of development and infrastructure construction based on the Biz-Backoffice platform and established a continuous operation system based on AI Ops.
Development and integration efficiency based on Biz-Backoffice: When building a Front Platform for customer experience enhancement and a stable operation platform, we applied CI/CD automation and code quality management to shorten the development lead time of complex system integration projects.
Optimal cloud infrastructure design: We designed an optimized cloud environment and Hybrid App structure considering service scalability, securing flexibility for future new services and device support.
Establishment of intelligent operation system based on AI Ops: After system launch, we applied AI AIOps Platform to build AI automated monitoring and problem-solving capabilities. Through this, we systematically secured system operation stability and established a foundation for efficiently allocating personnel to service improvement tasks.
4. Result (Achievement)
The newly constructed Biz-Backoffice-based operation platform has been successfully launched and currently has stable operation and efficient improvement systems in place.
Successful service integration implementation: We successfully completed complex internal and external system integration and operation platform development, establishing a system integration foundation that considers service scalability.
Securing development efficiency and flexibility: Through Hybrid App construction and CI/CD automation, we enhanced development efficiency and established a technical foundation to flexibly respond to changes in new OS and device environments.
Securing operational stability based on AI Ops: Through intelligent operation based on AI Ops, we dramatically secured system operation stability and completed an efficient operation foundation that allows personnel to focus on core tasks of service improvement without wasting resources.
