Amorepacific pursued a strategy to completely shut down IDCs and transition large-scale on-premise environments to cloud-based infrastructure to accelerate global business expansion and digital transformation. Previously, operations were centered on ITO with complex on-premise structures, making service integration difficult. The company actively pursued Modernization to improve incident response and operational efficiency. MegazoneCloud executed a full-cycle transformation project from cloud migration to Modernization and GenAI-based automation.
